Delete your account and data

For the PK Domain website, client area and the PK Domain Android app.

Who this applies to

This page is for anyone with a PK Domain client-area account, including accounts created through the PK Domain app on Google Play (developer: PK Domain). You can ask us to delete your whole account, or only some of your personal data, at any time. You don't need to explain why.

How to request deletion

Choose whichever is easiest for you:

  1. Use the form below. Enter the email address you use to log in. We'll reply to that address to confirm the request is really from you.
  2. From the client area: log in, open Support → Open Ticket, and use the subject "Delete my account".
  3. By email: write to info@pk-domain.com from your registered email address, with the subject "Delete my account".

What happens next

  • We reply to your registered email address within 2 working days to confirm the request.
  • Once you confirm, we complete the deletion within 30 days and email you when it's done.
  • If you still have active domains or hosting, we'll ask whether to transfer them to another registrar or let them expire first. A domain can't stay registered without its registrant's contact details.

What we delete

  • Your client-area account and login
  • Your name, email address, phone number and postal address on file
  • Contacts and sub-accounts linked to your account
  • Support tickets and their attachments
  • Copies of identity documents you uploaded (CNIC, company or authorisation documents)
  • Your subscription to price alerts and other marketing emails

What we keep, and for how long

  • Invoices and payment records: kept for up to 6 years after the transaction, because tax and accounting laws require it. They are used for nothing else.
  • Domain registration records: records held by PKNIC or another registry are controlled by that registry under its own policies. We keep our copy only as long as the domain is registered through us.
  • Records needed for legal reasons: we may keep limited records for fraud prevention, disputes or legal requests, and only for as long as needed.
  • Backups: deleted data leaves our encrypted backups automatically within 90 days.
